Cooper Pet Care was established in February 2021 by Michael Fisher and Pavel Timofeev.
Fisher, an experienced entrepreneur, previously held the position of General Manager at Uber and Head of International Expansion at Lime. Timofeev, another seasoned entrepreneur, has a successful exit to his credit (Student Loan Hero).
